Program Overview
This 3-day training program is designed for individuals without prior Workforce Management (WFM) experience who wish to learn the basic principles of WFM. By the end of this course, participants will have a comprehensive understanding of the entire WFM process, the connections between different process steps, and an acquaintance with the most commonly used WFM terms.
No explicit prior knowledge of WFM is required for this training.

This training is led by a trainer who speaks both English and Dutch. Sessions are conducted in English by default, and in Dutch when all participants are Dutch-speaking. Training takes place online by default, but in-person sessions can be arranged in Amstelveen or Zeist. Contact us to discuss the options that work best for you.
