Major Dutch public sector organisation adopts new approach from Anago and CCmath

Amstelveen, 18 May 2026 – Anago and CCmath will together support one of the largest public service organisations in the Netherlands with workforce management. The organisation plays a significant role in society, processing millions of applications for benefits and schemes each year, with a workforce of over 4,500 employees to schedule. Statutory deadlines are felt directly in day-to-day operations.

The collaboration combines CCmath’s expertise in forecasting and scheduling with Anago’s experience in planning within the public sector. This brings together previously separate processes into a single steering process in which planning and execution are directly aligned.

Forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and intraday management come together in one approach. Volume is projected on the basis of the latest insights and translated into required capacity and expected throughput times. Schedules are adjusted accordingly, and work is automatically distributed throughout the day based on current priorities and available capacity. The result is a single, up-to-date picture of what is coming in, what the organisation can handle, and where intervention is needed.

For public service organisations, this is urgent. Inflow fluctuates, staff is scarce, and pressure from politics and media is increasing. At the same time, commitments to citizens remain fully in force.

By directly linking planning and execution, organisations gain advanced insight into the consequences of capacity decisions for workload and throughput times. This allows them to better substantiate what is and is not achievable, and to intervene in time when pressure builds. Behind every application is a citizen waiting for clarity.

Anago and CCmath are Dutch organisations focused on the public sector. Both know the realities of public service delivery, and their approach reflects how processes actually work within government. At the same time, data remains within European legislation and is stored in European cloud environments.

The collaboration grew from a connection between founders Ger Koole of CCmath and Thomas de Nooij of Anago. Together, they aim to further develop an approach that demonstrably works for the public sector, with more joint tenders as a concrete ambition.

“Technology in the public domain must be more than efficiency. By joining forces with CCmath, we deliver solutions that make a real difference in social security: faster, fairer treatment for citizens and more job satisfaction for the professionals who make that happen every day.”
– Thomas de Nooij, founder of Anago.

Ger Koole, founder of CCmath: “This award proves that as a Dutch combination, we can compete with any party in the world.
The result of a successful partnership. I am proud of that.”
