Prof.dr. Ger Koole divides his time between CCMATH, VU University, and VU medical center. He is full professor of business mathematics and the author of more than 60 publications in international scientific journals, many of them in the area of call centers. He is specialized in planning under uncertainty and its applications in the service sector.

Dr. Auke Pot received his Ph.D. in 2006 with a thesis on skill-based routing in call centers. During his undergraduate studies he did internships at large financial institutions and he participated in several projects in call centers. Next to skill-based routing he is a specialized in workforce scheduling and data analysis.
