CCmath is a small consultancy firm that specializes in quantitative issues in call centers.
Our roots are at the Department of Mathematics of the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam,
where research on call centers has been undertaken for almost 10 years.
The affiliated Vrije Universiteit research group is one of the research groups into the area of call centers in the world.

CCmath is run by Ger Koole and Auke Pot.
Both Koole and Pot have dual appointments at the VU and CCmath.
The size of the company and the background of the employees assures that we can offer the most advanced solutions.
Given our focus on modeling and less on the user interface our solutions are most suited for companies where the
software will be used by one or a few well-informed planners.
It can also be used as module in a larger software system.

Prof. dr. Ger Koole is full professor of business mathematics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
He is the author of more than 50 publications in international scientific journals, of which around 15 in the area of call centers.
He is currently preparing a special issue of the top-journal Management Science on call centers.
He is specialized in planning under uncertainty, especially in call centers.

dr. Auke Pot is currently working at the mathematics department at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam,
where he finishes a thesis on skill-based routing.
During his undergraduate studies he did several internships at big Dutch financial institutions, and he participated in several projects in call centers.
Next to skill-based routing he is also a specialist in scheduling and rostering.
Last years he wrote his own mixed-integer programming solver of +25k lines of code.
